Less than two years ago, Calvin Klein partnered with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) to officially launch the Americans for Marriage Equality campaign, which aims to keep the conversation about marriage equality going. CK hosted the launch event, which was packed with prominent Americans like Julianne Moore, Anna Wintour, Neil Patrick Harris, Robert DeNiro, Jessica and Jerry Seinfeld, Christine Quinn, and many more.

This month, it seems that partnership is being rekindled and celebrated. Calvin Klein is set to once more host an Americans for Marriage Equality event at its flagship store in New York City. On April 17th, well-known faces will once more show their support of an America that believes in marriage equality.

Some of the reported attendees were present at the first launch event back in November 2011, and others will be there for the very first time. Attendees at this year’s event include actors Richard Gere, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Hugh Jackman, Julianne Moore, Neil Patrick Harris, Kevin Spacey, Susan Sarandon, Dan Stevens and Uma Thurman. Other prominent New Yorkers attending include Andres and Lauren Santo Domingo, Laura and Lloyd Blankfein, Cristina and Chris Cuomo, and many more.

As with the first event, this gathering will be a way to publicize and promote the Human Rights Campaign’s Americans for Marriage Equality campaign once more. With pending decisions in the Supreme Court over California’s Proposition 8 and DOMA, the timing couldn’t be more appropriate. And such a star-studded guest list, it’ll be a high profile, exclusive event.
