John Rhea, NYCHA (New York City Housing Authority) Chairman, is an advocate for LGBT people in New York. Rhea is an outspoken supporter for the equal treatment of all people, and as part of his position at NYCHA he helped to create the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s first LGBT Summit in New York.
